Concrete Lifting & Stabilization

Over time the ground can settle for a variety of reasons causing strain across large areas of poured concrete. When concrete is stressed, it can crack and crumble over time increasing the risk of structural damage to your home, driveway, sidewalks, and businesses. No matter how the damage happened, repairing your concrete will help prevent further damage to your structure and ensure the stability of the building for years to come.

The Ohio Homeworx Concrete Lifting Method:

We attack the source of the destabilization of your concrete from below ground. Settling happens, but you should never settle for inferior concrete leveling products. Ohio Homeworx uses a Polypier Hydrophobic/ hydro-intensive MDI-based system for structural lifting. This technique allows us to lift your concrete with extreme precision. When filling voids we use two-component water blown all PMDI-based low-density spray polyurethane foam system designed for concrete leveling. We find and fill the voids that caused the destabilization of your concrete slab and lift it back up to the correct level.
Stabilizes base and strengthens the slab
Cheaper than replacing your concrete
Less mess than excavating
Little disruption or loss of use due to fast curing
Completed in hours/days
